Our parent company, Ace 5on5 Sports, shut down in the heart of Covid.  Although our finances dwindled, we hit the lottery of an equally important commodity, TIME!  So we merged that blessing with a business principle: "There is no shortage of remarkable ideas, what's missing is the time to execute them".  

 

Sponsored by coffee, jazz music, and zoom meetings, visions of Ace Assist had the playground of time all to itself with minimal distractions. Following an old adage of: "Never quit your daydream", former Referee Camp Director Andre' "Ace" Thomas, rekindled his zest to positively contribute to the officiating community. We assembled a team, found our chemistry with a slice of frustration and laughter, and went to work on a company name, logo, website, and URL.
